These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Blue Checkbox mobile application ("App") and our website bluecheckbox.com ("Website"), both operated by Solid Software Lab ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.
You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a subscription agreement with us, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's standard usage rules.
Any forms, checklists, inspection data, photos, or other content you create within the App ("User Content") belongs entirely to you. We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content. As described in our Privacy Policy, User Content is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you actively choose to share or export it.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you create, store, and share, and for ensuring you have the right to use any information you input into the App.
The App offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions, available on a monthly or yearly basis. Pricing is displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase and may vary depending on your region and local currency. Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple ID account.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. Refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their refund policies. To request a refund, please visit Apple's official refund request page. We are unable to process refunds directly.
Blue Checkbox is a tool designed to help you create forms, checklists, and inspection reports. It does not perform inspections, verify the accuracy of information entered, or guarantee any specific outcome. Any decisions made, actions taken, or conclusions drawn based on reports created with the App are made solely at your own discretion and risk.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of inspection reports or other content created with the App, including but not limited to inaccurate data entry, missed defects, or reliance on outdated information.
The App and Website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solid Software Lab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App or Website.
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App or Website at any time. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App or Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
